Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in every purchase you make at Tri-Tek Pro. To ensure a fair and transparent process for all customers, we’ve outlined our return and refund policy below. Please read carefully before making a return request.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date your order was marked as delivered. After this window, we cannot accept return requests.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@tri-tek-pro.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the reason for the return

  • A Video clearly identifying legitimacy of the forementioned claim

2. Return Conditions

For your return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

  • The item must be free of any signs of wear, misuse, or tampering

We reserve the right to inspect and reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Items marked as final sale or discounted

  • Products returned outside the 7-day window

  • Items that appear to be worn, damaged, or modified

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components

  • Fraudulent or suspicious claims lacking required evidence

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your claim, we require:

  • A clear photo or video showing the defect or damage

  • We may offer troubleshooting guidance to resolve common issues before approving a replacement or refund.

  • A photo of the shipping label and packaging

  • Your order number

We review each case individually and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances. Claims submitted without proper documentation may not be eligible for resolution.

5. Fraud Prevention & Abuse Policy

To protect our business and customers:

  • All returns are subject to inspection.

  • Repeated or high-volume return activity may be flagged and restricted.

  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for items marked as delivered by the courier with valid photo evidence (e.g., left at the doorstep or mailbox).

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund request that appears to be fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with our policy.

False claims will be documented and may result in the loss of return privileges and potential reporting to appropriate platforms or authorities.

6. Refunds

If your return is approved after inspection:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days

  • We will notify you via email once the refund has been issued

Please note: your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

7. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid return label.

  • For all other returns (change of mind, wrong item ordered, etc.), you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or untraceable return packages.
