Shipping & Delivery

During checkout, you can choose between two shipping services: EVRI for free delivery or DPD for a paid option with signature upon delivery. Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking reference so you can monitor your parcel’s progress. 

Once the courier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, Tri-Tek Pro is no longer responsible for the package.

Evri Delivery Policy:

When selecting Evri as your preferred shipping method, please be aware that Evri does not require a customer signature upon delivery. When using Evri’s Courier service to send or return a parcel, you’ll get full tracking included in the cost of postage. On the day of your parcel delivery, you’ll get a 1-hour delivery slot. This means you can plan your day around Evri. If you’re not going to be in, don’t worry! Evri tracking tool lets you divert your parcel or select a ‘Safe Place’ for Evri's parcel Couriers to leave your items. Evri use photographic evidence and GPS location tracking to confirm delivery. If a package is reported lost in transit, Tri-Tek Pro shall investigate.

DPD Delivery Policy:
DPD ensures the safe and verified receipt of your parcel. Upon receiving tracking details, please track your parcel and ensure that you are available on the expected delivery date. Should you be unavailable at the time of delivery, DPD will attempt to leave the parcel at a safe location or will arrange a redelivery, depending on the situation. Proof of delivery is often available within the tracking updates for your delivery. You can check the tracking for your parcel from there.
